The Student Recreation Center offers free, drop-in fitness classes taught by certified instructors. With a different selection of classes offered each term, such as yoga, pilates, spin, HIIT, and more, there is a class to help all our members meet their fitness goals.
Due to restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to offer drop-in fitness classes during the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Visit our page of Virtual Wellness Resources for a list of online fitness apps and classes.
