Rec Sports are a fun, low-commitment way to participate in sports and events at Southern Oregon University. From esports and arcade games to basketball and sand volleyball, we offer a program for everyone. Rec Sports are open to students, faculty, and staff of SOU.
Esports
Esports (competitive video-gaming) is the newest Rec Sports offering from Campus Recreation. Highlights of the program include a brand-new lab in the Student Recreation Center with drop-in hours and structured programs.
