Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and fires, the exact location of this trip will be decided the week prior to departure. You may find yourself hiking from one alpine lake to the next in the Sky Lakes Wilderness or the Marble Mountains. Or, you might follow the Rogue or North Umpqua River or traverse ridgelines between the Rogue and Umpqua Watershed. No prior experience is necessary, and our instructors will provide all gear, including helmets, harnesses, and climbing shoes.
With the location of the trip decided the week prior to departure, you may find yourself exploring the world-renowned Smith Rock State Park in Central Oregon, traveling between the intimate crags of the Rogue Valley, or checking out the newest climbing in the Umpqua Watershed. You’ll camp together, learn how to cook over camp stoves, and spend evenings around the campfire sharing stories and experiences. With breathtaking views and stunning landscapes all around you, you’ll be inspired to push yourself to new heights both on and off the rock.

Between rapids, you’ll relax and soak in the beauty of the forests, mountains, and crystal-clear water.
After an exciting day on the river, you’ll return to a comfortable base camp along the riverbank. Each evening, you’ll be treated to delicious meals cooked over camp stoves by our skilled guides. The food is a highlight of the trip, and we take pride in using fresh ingredients. You’ll spend your evenings gathered around the campfire, sharing stories and experiences with your fellow adventurers, and building lasting friendships.

Whether you’re hiking through lush forests, admiring ocean vistas, or strolling through charming seaside towns, each day will offer something new to discover.
At camp, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the art of gourmet camp cooking, as you work together to create delicious meals using fresh ingredients.
