The Student Recreation Center offers free, drop-in fitness classes taught by certified instructors. With a different selection of classes offered each term, such as yoga, pilates, spin, HIIT, and more, there is a class to help all our members meet their fitness goals.
Fitness Class Schedule
All drop-in fitness classes are held in the Spin Room or Studio on the third floor of the Student Recreation Center.
Fitness classes will start the second week of the term
12:00pm – Interval Cycle with Jodi
7:00am – Spin with Linda
12:00pm – Core & Abs with Jodi
